Buy & Return Policy

You can buy your desire items through our website and Facebook page. From website you just select you product & add to cart all of items then press buy now and give all needed information. Our Customers Services Team Confirm your order and give you call before deliver your order.
 
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, please return it to “Lifestyle Pro BD” and we’ll arrange for a replacement. But some conditions apply. Those are:
 
ü  Inside Dhaka- Please check the order in front of the delivery person. If you find any defect and you think you need to return the product, inform the “Customer Service Department” as soon as possible along with a picture and return it instantly.
ü  Outside Dhaka- If product is damaged  it must be informed immediately after receiving and returned within 24 hour from the day the product has been received.
ü  Used/ Swatched or liquid product will not be considered for exchange or refund.
ü  The Return Policy will not be valid after the seal is broken or if the product does not suit you.
ü  In case of return for exceptional circumstances, customer must pay the transportation cost.
ü  Original Invoice must be returned along with the product.
ü  The “Customer Service department” upon consultation with the management will change/replace the product or adjust the payment. The complaint will be valid for 24 hour from the day the product has been received.
 
How to send your product to “Lifestyle Pro” Store?
Our Customer Service will arrange for pick-up of the product from your address, free of delivery charge. If you live outside Dhaka, please send your product by Sundarban Courier Service/ SA Poribahan. If your return claim is validated, we will reimburse your courier charge.
 
Verification:
Once we receive your returned product, the product will be forwarded to the Product Development and Inspection Department. It will take 1-2 business days to verify the issue and after verification if it is found that the claim is valid, then the product will be exchanged or money will be refunded.
 
If the claim is not valid then The Mall will not be liable to exchange or return the money.
